Gaglioppo, minimum 80%.
Other black grapes suitable for cultivation in Calabria Region may also contribute, max 20% excluding the varieties Barbera, Cabernet franc, Cabernet sauvignon, Sangiovese and Merlot, which may contribute up to a maximum of 10%.

GRECO DI BIANCO

SANT’ANNA DI ISOLA CAPO RIZZUTO

With a maximum presence of white grapes not exceeding 35% of the total.
